Svenska Postkodlotteriet
Svenska Postkodlotteriet is Sweden's largest lottery where you win together with your neighbours while contributing to a better world. The entire surplus goes to 61 non-profit organisations that work for better conditions for people and the planet.
Every year, the Postcode Lottery distributes over one billion Swedish kronor to civil society, thanks to everyone who participates in the lottery. The funds are mainly un-earmarked with the aim of supporting the organisations' activities in Sweden and internationally.
The organisation itself decides how the funds are used and where the money is most useful both in the short and long term. Thanks to all the customers, the Postcode Lottery has distributed SEK 15.5 billion to civil society since its inception in Sweden in 2005. The Postcode Lottery is today Sweden's largest private donor to the non-profit sector.
